The CROPSAL jam establishment, the oldest of the Pyrenees, located in the south west of France in Ger in Béarn (64530), midway between the Hautes Pyrénées (High Pyrenees) and the Pyrénées Atlantiques (Atlantic Pyrenees), perpetuates an old tradition: the processing of fruits and vegetables and especially the manufacturing of hand-made jams, hand-made jellies, hand-made compotes, hand-made fruit jellies, coulis, chutneys and honeys. The Aquitaine region is a major tourist area where gastronomy has a great reputation. The culinary tradition is strong there, and the country of good living is illustrated by incomparable local products and regional specialties such as our premium sweets (black cherries, armagnac oranges, jurançon peaches and many other flavors that delight young and old alike!)
